Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were impeccable, very comfortable, and super spacious, although the bathroom was minimalist but adequate. The air conditioning was a bit stuffy since we couldn't open the window, but overall, it was great. The meal deal I got was super value with an excellent choice, and the breakfast was not only delicious but also offered a great selection. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.
I stayed at this hotel and had a great experience overall. The rooms were big and comfortable, perfect for a short stay, though finding my way there was a bit of a maze. The service was fantastic, with staff always willing to help, but the location attracted some noisy groups. Dining options were plentiful and delicious, catering to different dietary needs. The facilities were great for the most part, offering a pleasant experience.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room had some issues like a strange layout with the washbasin in the bedroom and a noticeable sewage smell in the toilet and shower area. On the bright side, there was a chaise-lounge that could double as an extra bed. However, the noise from outside was quite disturbing, even on the 4th floor with very thin windows.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with very friendly and helpful staff. The bar/restaurant area has been revamped, making it quite spacious and perfect for an overnight stay. It upholds the usual Premier Inn standard.
The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms at the very end of the corridor, which were really big and comfortable for our family stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, but there was an unexpected additional charge for single occupancy. The location was fantastic, with easy access to central Belfast and the ferry terminal, although there was some noise from the street at night. The dining experience was pretty good, and the value for money was also good.
