Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were impeccable, very comfortable, and super spacious, although the bathroom was minimalist but adequate. The air conditioning was a bit stuffy since we couldn't open the window, but overall, it was great. The meal deal I got was super value with an excellent choice, and the breakfast was not only delicious but also offered a great selection. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.
I stayed at this hotel and had a great experience overall. The rooms were big and comfortable, perfect for a short stay, though finding my way there was a bit of a maze. The service was fantastic, with staff always willing to help, but the location attracted some noisy groups. Dining options were plentiful and delicious, catering to different dietary needs. The facilities were great for the most part, offering a pleasant experience.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room had some issues like a strange layout with the washbasin in the bedroom and a noticeable sewage smell in the toilet and shower area. On the bright side, there was a chaise-lounge that could double as an extra bed. However, the noise from outside was quite disturbing, even on the 4th floor with very thin windows.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with very friendly and helpful staff. The bar/restaurant area has been revamped, making it quite spacious and perfect for an overnight stay. It upholds the usual Premier Inn standard.
The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms at the very end of the corridor, which were really big and comfortable for our family stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, but there was an unexpected additional charge for single occupancy. The location was fantastic, with easy access to central Belfast and the ferry terminal, although there was some noise from the street at night. The dining experience was pretty good, and the value for money was also good.
I had a wonderful stay at this Premier Inn. The room was top quality and spotless every day, and the breakfast was amazing. The only downside was the stuffy air conditioning and the dining room being renovated. I will definitely choose this hotel group again for my future stays.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The room was fantastic, large, with a good en-suite and quiet, but it was a bit depressing facing out over narrow and derelict buildings. The service was excellent from arrival to departure, with friendly and helpful staff, despite a slight delay in seating at the dining room. The location was perfect for exploring Belfast on foot, close to all the sights and restaurants. The dining experience was first-class but a bit expensive. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay comfortable.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were brilliant, especially with the heavy curtains that helped us sleep in undisturbed. Everything was absolutely spotless, typical of a chain hotel, yet quite spacious and plain and simple. The service was top-notch, with the staff all working very hard and being incredibly helpful, although they could have used a few more bodies around. I was impressed with how they went above and beyond when our desired entree wasn't available and ended up comping us for breakfast. Their suggestions for activities in the city and dining were incredibly helpful. The location was excellent, right in the heart of nightlife, surrounded by plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants, though be prepared for large, noisy groups of stags and hens. The dining experience was delicious, offering a great variety of choices, and the waiting and kitchen staff were all friendly and welcoming. The hotel's facilities were plentiful and great, making it a wonderful spot to stay in Belfast.
The hotel offers great value with a superb meal deal including a delicious and varied breakfast. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, though there can be noise disturbances from other guests. The top quality standards of Premier Inn are evident throughout.
